City of Westfield offers WeConnect


The City of Westfield is now offering WeConnect, an online method to submit a service request or report a problem for non-emergency situations.  Residents, visitors, and businesses, rather than having to find the correct individual or department at the City, can now go to one place, 24/7, to get information (in several languages!) about many city services such as:

  • Reporting potholes
  • Reporting graffiti
  • Information request
  • Park maintenance
  • Sidewalk service
  • Sign missing or damaged
  • Street lighting service
  • Tree service
  • Waste services
  • Missed garbage pickup
  • Register and Pay for permits and licenses

After submitting a service request online (24/7) or by calling 317-804-3150 (Monday through Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm), you will be given a reference number and will then be able to track your service request online from the WeConnect Homepage.
