You Should NOT Buy This House If….

Yes you read that correctly.  I am here to tell you all the reasons that you should not buy this 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom Noblesville home.  First of all the house has lots of natural sunlight that shines through the many beautiful windows so if you hate sunlight, are nocturnal, or are part-vampire you should NOT buy this home.  Secondly, the open floor plan in this home allows for free flowing conversations and a place to entertain.  If you have decided that you do not like talking or people than this house may NOT be the right choice.  This home features beautiful neutral colors throughout that will mix well with almost any style.  This home is NOT ideal for those of you who prefer loud, mis-matched, college dorm style rooms.  If you are someone who likes to lug laundry around the house in back breaking style than you will simply hate the convenient upstairs laundry.  And if you like to eavesdrop on the near-by neighbors than you will be sorely disappointed to learn that there are no neighbors directly behind you, only a serene pond view.  Last but not least, if you don’t ache for the always desired huge walk-in closets, or fancy the idea of curling up by the fire, or dream about the possibilities in a full basement than this house may NOT be suitable.
