Staying Up to Date on Foreclosure’s, Reduced Prices, and Short Sales Can Really Pay Off

foreclosurespmIf you are in the market or even somewhat in the market for a new home one of the best suggestions I can give you is to stay up to date on the market listings.  On a daily basis the homes that are available, new to the market, reduced in price, or being foreclosed upon change and you want to be one of the first to know about it.  There are a few ways of ensuring that you stay up to the minute and have the potential to save thousands when it comes to finding the home you’ve always dreamed of.

The first way is to go to my website and enter the parameters to the type of house, location, price range, etc that you are looking for.  The best way to make this work for you is to check back on a regular basis.  You can even narrow the search if you want in order to see all the recent foreclosures such as this search here.  Another simple way to stay in the know is to have me send weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc updates on the market in your area.  This would be a simple email that would list the new or changed listings in your desired area.

Last but not least is another wonderful tool to use when you are on the go and that is our KW app.  You can find a link to our app from my home page as well.  This free app allows you to inquire instantly to me, your agent, about any properties as well as see the property details and full screen photos.

With all of these up to the minute ways to keep an eye on the local market you should be able to snag the home you want and stay competitive in this minute to minute housing market! If you have any questions or want more information please feel free to contact me! I look forward to hearing from you.
