The housing data recently released by MIBOR monthly indicators report shows a continuing increase in closed and pending sales in Central Indiana. In fact the number of closed sales in central Indiana increased a whopping 23.7% in the three months ending in May 2013 compared to the same period of 2012. Closed sales rose a dramatic 30.6% in May alone when compared to May of last year. These numbers are staggering and really drive home the bottom line that now is the time to finally take the plunge, sell your home, and find the home you’ve always dreamed of.
