Erika’s Place: Hometown Feel with Down Home Cooking

erikas placeAlmost a year ago one of my favorite restaurants opened in Westfield called Erika’s Place.  Located at the corner of Ind.32 and Union Street it is smack dab in the middle of the action yet somehow once you walk in the door you forget about the hussle and bussle of day to day life and sit down to a good, hearty meal.  Maybe it’s the filling meals that remind me of growing up or the always friendly wait staff that regardless of the crowd  find time to smile and chat but for some reason this is my destination spot when life seems to be a bit too busy.  Their breakfast’s are epic with a wide variety of omelets, french toast, and pancakes.  But be sure to stop by for lunch to try one of their ever popular tenderloin, or the creative and delicious Mexi tater (a baked potato filled with Mexican toppings).  So don’t miss out any longer, stop in at Erika’s Place the next time you’re in the mood for good cooking, good company, and a good time.
